Mundoro Capital Inc (CVE: MUN) gave an update on its annual general meeting, held on May. 23, as well as information about an issuance of stock options.
Four board members were elected, with shareholders voting in favour of individual directors, including: John Hoey, Teo Dechev, Michael Calyniuk and Graham Brown.
Shareholders also approved the re-appointment of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP as auditor of the company.
Further to this, the company issued 1.3 million stock options to its employees, consultants, officers and directors on May 23, 2018. The stock options were issued in accordance with the company's stock option plan. The options are exercisable into common shares of Mundoro at C$0.11 over a five-year term.
Shares of Mundoro Capital were up 9.09%, closing at C$0.12 on Friday.
